Since our first conference back in 2013 at Kohima, Nagaland, Best Delegate has been an integral part of shaping the NEIMUN experience.

It all began in 2013 when the co-founders of Best Delegate, Ryan Villanueva and Kevin Felix Chan, came to Kohima from the US to help launch the very first NEIMUN conference. Their presence laid the foundation for a decade-long collaboration that has empowered hundreds of young leaders in the Northeast. With their expertise and enthusiasm, Ryan and Kevin introduced delegates in the region to world-class Model UN training and mentorship. Their contribution ensured that NEIMUN was a learning space rooted in the highest standards of education.

Since that very first year, Best Delegate has served as NEIMUN's Knowledge Partner, a role that has been central to our growth and impact. Over the past ten years, BD has consistently brought with them knowledge, specialised resources, and a unique methodology.

At NEIMUN, our priority is training delegates through the UN4MUN procedure, the format developed by the United Nations, ensuring that every participant gains practical and meaningful insights into UN practices. This mission is made possible by the dedicated trainers from BD who travel from across the world to train our delegates each year.
