Secretary-General
Kevithuto Neikha is the Secretary-General of NEIMUN 2025. A lawyer from Guwahati, now based in Kohima, he is passionate about public policy, education, and storytelling. His association with NEIMUN began in 2018 as a delegate, and he later joined the Secretariat in 2023 before taking on his current role. Beyond NEIMUN, he has engaged with his hometown through community-focused work, including a fellowship with Nagrika, where he explored Kohima's development and urban challenges. He contributes regularly to his alma mater and is a coffee enthusiast with a love for debate and reflection.
Deputy Secretary-General
Dona Basumatary has a background in public policy and journalism and is currently pursuing a Master’s in Development Studies at IIT Guwahati. A swimmer and an avid enthusiast of multimedia art and filmmaking, she brings creativity and analytical depth to her work. Her journey with NEIMUN began in 2017 as a delegate, and over the years she has grown with the platform, taking on diverse roles that reflect her commitment to youth engagement and global dialogue.
Chief of NEIMUN International Press Bureau
Ayush Bhattacharjee joins NEIMUN 2025 as the Chief of the Press Bureau, bringing together his love for storytelling, policy, and media. Currently a postgraduate student at Sophia Polytechnic, Mumbai, he is pursuing a Diploma in Social Communications and Media with specialisations in Journalism, Filmmaking, and Brand Communications. A graduate in International Relations, Peace, and Public Policy from St. Joseph’s University, Bengaluru, Ayush has explored global diplomacy, public policy, and security studies through research and practice. At NEIMUN, he looks forward to blending sharp reporting with creative storytelling to capture the energy, debates, and voices that define the conference.
Delegate Affairs
Razou Noudi is the Under Secretary-General for Delegate Affairs at NEIMUN 2025. He works in the Financial Crime division of a multinational bank and holds an MBA in Information Systems and Marketing from IIT Roorkee. At NEIMUN, Razou oversees all delegate-related operations, from planning, onboarding and communication to ensuring an engaging and supportive experience alongside managing the official website. He is passionate about youth development and takes pride in helping participants grow through the MUN process. Outside of his professional and MUN commitments, Razou is an avid football player and closely follows current affairs. With his curious nature and dedication, he brings reliability and enthusiasm to the Secretariat team.
PUBLICITY AND DELEGATE AFFAIRS
Saoyang Huang is the Under Secretary-General at NEIMUN 2025. He comes with a background in BMS Healthcare Management. Over the years, he has explored diverse roles through internships, from hospital billing and NGO volunteering to media work and operations at a startup. These experiences sharpened his adaptability, efficiency, and problem-solving skills. His NEIMUN journey began as an Ambassador, a role that gave him confidence and connected him with peers from different backgrounds. Known for his versatility, he brings reliability and openness to the Secretariat team. Outside of academics and work, he enjoys memes and is a passionate FC Barcelona supporter.
Conference Management and Logistics
Tiano is the Under Secretary-General for Conference Management and Logistics at NEIMUN 2025. This marks her second year with the Secretariat. Born and raised in Kohima, she completed her schooling at G. Rio School, where she was actively involved in student leadership and activities. She is currently pursuing a BBA in Tourism and Travel Management at the Indian Institute of Tourism and Travel Management, Noida, and also serves as Assistant Finance Secretary of the Delhi All Students Union. Tiano is passionate about cultural heritage, rural destinations, and sustainable tourism. At NEIMUN, she brings her organisational skills and enthusiasm for youth engagement to the Secretariat team.
Deputy USG Publicity & Delegate Outreach
Ashfakul Islam is the Deputy Under Secretary-General for Publicity and Delegate Outreach at NEIMUN 2025. From Hojai, Assam, he is a youth leader and aspiring entrepreneur currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce. His MUN journey began as a delegate, after which he went on to participate in numerous MUNs and Youth Parliaments, winning several accolades. Over time, he took up leadership roles on Executive Boards and Organising Committees, even serving as Secretary-General. Ashfakul is also the founder of Arcade Constructions, a startup in home and interior design. Recognised as the “Youth Icon of Assam” in 2022, he brings creativity, leadership, and purpose to his role at NEIMUN.
Deputy USG Publicity & Delegate Outreach
Sarah Zhimomi is the Deputy Under Secretary-General for Publicity and Delegate Outreach at NEIMUN 2025. A full-time freelancer, she works across event hosting, social media management, community coordination, and modelling. Her projects, whether on stage or online, focus on creating spaces where people feel seen and celebrated. Sarah has collaborated with student groups, church communities, and brands, bringing both creativity and reliability to her work. She finds inspiration in nature, village visits, and meaningful conversations. At NEIMUN, Sarah combines her communication skills with her eye for detail to strengthen outreach and publicity, while adding energy and creativity to the Secretariat team.
Deputy USG Delegate Affairs
Paolal Mawnjui Kuki is the Deputy Under Secretary-General for Delegate Affairs at NEIMUN 2025. A development professional, he has over three years of grassroots experience in rural development and entrepreneurship, working closely with communities, particularly women and youth, to design impactful programs. His expertise includes community mobilisation, training, and building local partnerships, always with a focus on inclusion and collaboration. At NEIMUN, Paolal applies this commitment to create meaningful dialogue and ensure delegates feel supported throughout the conference. His combination of field experience and leadership in community-driven initiatives adds depth to the Secretariat team, reflecting NEIMUN’s vision of empowering young people.

Atoti Zhimomi is the Deputy Under Secretary-General for the International Press Bureau at NEIMUN 2025. She is a freshman at Ashoka University, majoring in Political Science. In school, she contributed actively to student publications, serving as Student Editor of Think Tank, the school’s Political Science journal, and as Editor-in-Chief of The Assam Valley Express, the weekly newsletter. These experiences shaped her skills in writing, editing, and leadership, while fueling her passion for political thought and media. Beyond academics, Atoti’s curiosity extends to literature, the distinct visual style of Wes Anderson, and the energy of UFC highlights. She brings creativity and a fresh perspective to the International Press Bureau team.

Lika H Yeptho is the Deputy for Social Media at the International Press Bureau for NEIMUN 2025. A Mass Communication graduate from Tetso College, Dimapur, she has gained practical experience in broadcasting and digital media through internships with Northeast Live and Hornbill TV. She has contributed to her department’s newsletter as an editor, co-authored a community column in The Morung Express through a college partnership, and featured as a podcast panelist on Hills FM Nagaland. With a strong foundation in media production and editorial work, she brings creativity and strategic focus to the International Press Bureau’s digital presence.

Simon Reang is the Deputy Under Secretary-General for the International Press Bureau at NEIMUN 2025. Simon Reang, a freelance videographer, video editor, and digital marketer based in Agartala, Tripura, brings a unique blend of storytelling, marketing strategy, and creative production to his freelance work. With a background as a Digital Marketing Specialist at Agastya Edutech (formerly TalkEng Edutech), Simon’s expertise lies in producing visually engaging content that aligns with client objectives and supports brand growth. Simon’s multilingualism, spanning English, Hindi, Kokborok, Reang, Mizo, and Bengali, enables him to connect with diverse audiences. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English Honours from ICFAI University, Tripura. Beyond his professional pursuits, Simon is passionate about exploring new storytelling techniques and fostering meaningful collaborations in the media and marketing industries.
Deputy USG Conference Management & Logistics
Dziesezo Pusa is the Deputy Under Secretary-General for Conference Management and Logistics at NEIMUN 2025. He is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Humanities at Don Bosco College, Kohima. His journey with NEIMUN began in 2023 as a delegate and continued the following year as an Ambassador, which deepened his interest in youth diplomacy and opened professional opportunities. He is the Assistant General Secretary at Don Bosco College, Kohima. He now works as a Networking Executive at Kreatif, a marketing agency, where he builds skills in communication and collaboration. Dziesezo is also an aspiring writer, exploring his voice through creative expression. At NEIMUN, he contributes his leadership and organisational skills to ensure a smooth conference experience.
Deputy USG Social Affairs
Sumhguang Riamei is the Deputy Under Secretary for Social Affairs at NEIMUN 2025. His association with NEIMUN began in 2023 as a delegate, an experience that inspired his passion for youth diplomacy, leadership, and collaboration. A Bachelor of Commerce graduate, Sumhguang has significant experience in event management, having organised inter-collegiate meets and a range of student-led programs. His ability to coordinate, design, and manage events makes him well-suited to shaping engaging delegate experiences. Beyond leadership, he is passionate about music, often recording and composing original work. At NEIMUN, he combines organisational skills, creativity, and enthusiasm to help create a memorable and enriching environment for delegates.
